Order Processing

We do our best to prepare and process every order within 1 to 3 business days. Sometimes, delays can happen due to things like incomplete payments, missing or unclear address details, or busier periods of the year. If anything like this comes up, we’ll reach out to you by email before moving forward to make sure everything is set for a smooth delivery.

Shipping Time

For most orders, delivery to the United States usually takes about 7 to 10 business days, while international orders typically arrive within 10 to 14 business days.
There are times when shipping may take longer due to situations outside our control such as weather issues, holiday surges, or courier errors. Even though these factors aren’t in our hands, we’ll use any information available to keep you updated as best we can.

Taxes and Duties

Please keep in mind that your local customs office may charge taxes or duties when your package arrives in your country. These fees are not included in your order total and will be your responsibility to pay. If you’re not sure about possible charges, it’s a good idea to contact your country’s customs office for details.

Casten Roma is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes in the destination country. The release of your package is entirely up to customs, and unfortunately, we do not have control over their timelines.
